Penny Tan
Penny is a Senior Director at Crescent Capital focused on Bank Capital Solutions. Penny has over 12 years of experience in structured finance, with the majority (11 years) of her career dedicated to risk-sharing transactions. Prior to joining Crescent Capital, she was a senior Director focused on Origination at Chorus Capital. Before that, she spent over 4 years at ArrowMark Partners as part of the investment team specialising in risk-sharing transactions. Prior to the buy-side, Penny was a structurer at both HSBC and Deutsche Bank, where she worked across various asset classes in securitisation and played a key role in structuring and executing bank risk-sharing transactions.
Penny holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University College of London and is a CFA Charterholder.
