Jason Schryver
Managing Director
Jason is a Managing Director at Crescent Capital, focusing on private credit. He is responsible for sourcing lending opportunities from private equity sponsors, primarily in the financial services and insurance sectors. He joined Crescent in 2022 from Madison Capital Funding, where he was a Managing Director and head of Insurance & Financial Services leveraged lending. He also served on the firm’s Management Committee. Earlier in his career, he held commercial banking roles at Charter One Bank and MB Financial Bank.
Jason received a BS in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
