Francesco Cristarella
Senior Director
Francesco is a Senior Director at Crescent Capital, focusing on European private credit. He joined Crescent in 2025 from UniCredit, where he was a Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance team, focusing on the origination and execution of LBO financing transactions. He previously held various roles in the High Yield Capital Markets team, working in both Milan and London.
Francesco received a MSc in Business Administration from University of Turin and a post-graduate master’s degree in corporate finance and management from ESCP Business School.
