Tom Glover
Tom Glover is a Managing Director at Crescent Capital, focused on GP-LP Solutions within private credit. He joined Crescent from BC Partners Credit, where he was an Operating Advisor and launched, built, and advised on the firm’s GP and NAV lending financing strategy. Tom previously headed the North American Fund Finance business of Investec. Earlier in his career, Tom spent 15 years at BMO Capital Markets, where he helped build the Financial Sponsors Group responsible for originating and structuring leveraged finance, mergers and acquisitions and equity raising transactions with large cap and middle-market private equity sponsors.
Tom received a BA in Economics from The University of Virginia and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
