Nilesh Mandhare
Nilesh is a Managing Director at Crescent Capital, focusing on tradeable credit, and serves as a Portfolio Manager for the firm’s CLO issuance strategy. He joined Crescent in October 2024 from Ellington Management, where he was a Portfolio Manager for broadly syndicated loan CLOs and helped build a technology-first CLO platform. He previously served as a Portfolio Manager on the CLO issuance strategy at Onex Credit Partners. Nilesh has extensive experience in distressed debt and high yield investing across industries and capital structures, having held investment roles at Onex, HSBC, and RBS.
Nilesh received a BS in Computer Science from the University of Pune, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Texas, and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
