Wayne is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Crescent Capital, focusing on tradeable credit. He joined Crescent in 2005 from Société Générale, where he worked in Corporate Banking and managed the bank’s credit exposure to corporate clients, with a focus on the integrated utility sector. He has also worked at TD Securities (USA), Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, and Merrill Lynch & Company in loan restructuring and workout groups.

Wayne received a BA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Columbia University.
