Rich is a Managing Director and Assistant Portfolio Manager at Crescent Capital, focusing on tradeable credit. At Crescent, he has invested in both performing and distressed credit across a range of industries and has led both in-court and out-of-court restructurings on behalf of creditor groups. He joined Crescent in 2003 from J.H. Whitney & Co., where he was a Vice President focused on mezzanine and private equity investing. He previously worked at Chase Manhattan Bank in the High Yield and Global Chemicals Industry groups, and at E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Company as an engineer.

Rich received a BA in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
