He joined Crescent in 2007 from Bradford & Marzec, where he was a High Yield Research Analyst covering the healthcare, technology, and industrial sectors. He also worked as a Senior Credit Analyst in the U.S. Corporate Banking Group at Wells Fargo, originating and structuring corporate banking transactions. Prior to that, Amir was an Associate in the Corporate Finance Group at Deloitte & Touche.

Amir received a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
