Kirill Bouek
Senior Vice President
Kirill Bouek is a Senior Vice President at Crescent Capital. He serves as Chief Financial Officer of Crescent Private Credit Income Corp. and the Controller of Crescent Capital BDC, Inc. He joined Crescent in 2019 from THL Credit, where he served as the Controller for its private debt business, which included a publicly traded BDC and several private fund structures. He previously worked at American Securities and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Kirill received a BS in Finance and Real Estate and an MS in Accounting from the University of Denver. He is a CFA charterholder.
