Alice Huang
Chief Human Resources Officer
Alice is a Managing Director at Crescent Capital and serves as the firm’s Chief Human Resources Officer. She is responsible for aligning people strategies with business goals and for driving initiatives in inclusive culture, talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational design. She joined Crescent in 2022 from Citi, where she held several roles, most recently serving as Global Head of HR for Citi Commercial Bank. She previously worked in HR for Global Markets at Goldman Sachs. Over the course of her career, Alice has completed international assignments in Hong Kong, London, and Tokyo.
Alice received a BS in Psychology with a specialization in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles.
