Doran Chernichen
Doran Chernichen is a Managing Director at Crescent Capital focused on Bank Capital Solutions. Doran has more than 20 years of sell-side investment banking experience. He most recently held senior roles at Standard Chartered and Credit Suisse, where he covered credit managers and sponsors, and specialized in the credit-risk sharing space. Doran offers deep experience in credit risk-sharing issuance, financing, and secondary trading. Earlier in his career, Doran was a Director at Canaccord Genuity for the European buildout of their private debt practice. Doran began his career at Scotiabank where he was responsible for the origination and distribution of structured credit and credit derivative products.
Doran holds a BComm in Finance, with Distinction from the University of Calgary and is a CFA Charterholder.
