Ross Bartfield
Managing Director
Mr. Bartfield is a Managing Director within Crescent’s Capital Markets Group where he shares CLO equity and debt investment opportunities with North American institutional investors. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, he was a Managing Director at Oxford Funds, a CLO equity trading firm, where he worked in a business development role. In prior years, Mr. Bartfield held similar roles with III Capital Management, a fixed income/structured credit relative value hedge fund manager, and Citigroup Alternative Investments. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bartfield helped design and implement UBS’ “Capital Introductions” business in New York. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo where he received a BA in English Literature.
