Ms. Shah is a Compliance Director for Crescent Capital Group. She joined the firm in January 2023. Prior to joining Crescent, Ms. Shah was at CBRE for 2.5 years where she was the US Senior Ethics and Compliance Manager in their Los Angeles office. Prior to that, Ms. Shah was a Senior Compliance Officer at HSBC Global Asset Management in London for 8.5 years and in their India office for 3 years. Prior to joining HSBC, Ms. Shah was a Compliance Manager at Reliance Capital Asset Management Limited for 3.5 years. Ms. Shah received her Master's degree in Corporate Laws and Governance from UK and India and her Bachelor's degree in Law and Commerce & Economics from India.
