Kimberly Frazier
Managing Director
Ms. Frazier is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager within Crescent’s Capital Markets Group focusing on Structured Products. Prior to joining the team in 2011, she worked as a High Yield Research Analyst at Fidelity Management & Research Company where she covered food and drug retail, lodging, and restaurants. Previously, Ms. Frazier was a member of the Business Development Group at NBC Universal where she focused on merger and acquisition transactions and equity investments in the media industry. Prior to that, she worked in the Investment Banking Division at Merrill Lynch with a focus on retail and consumer products sectors. Ms. Frazier received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Finance and a BS in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University.
